Physical Products

• Orders can be cancelled only before the item is shipped
• Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled

Refund Policy

A product is eligible for a REFUND only if:

• The Product is not Received
• The Product is lost in transit
• A wrong product is delivered
• If the product is damaged during shipping

NOTE: An unpacking video is compulsory for refund of damaged products.

Refund Period

Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 48-72 hours from the date of order is picked, subject to your returns passing quality checks.

Refund will reflect as per below-mentioned timelines, post initiation:

• Payment gateway refunds (prepaid orders) takes 5-7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.
